Neighbor lighting fireworks randomly - he's on board of electors

He also has some in with the police, but we were told it was only on the 4th of July

It's the 2nd night this week he's lit off a quarter stick of dynamite

We're new to the area and he's very much not. I don't want to start anything with someone that could have police or whatever poking around looking for problems. I also don't want this to continue, though we'd have to assume he's done this for years.

Don't know any other neighbors but I guess no one cares??
