Question regarding incident with hydrogen peroxide

On Monday I really the burned the crap out of my eye not noticing I bought the wrong contact lens fluid (I’m talking about putting the lens in multiple times and washing it with the peroxide solution to top off) I know don’t ask me how I did not notice that it’s the solution that’s burning my eye not something else

Fast forward 1 hour later the doctor I went to told me that I could not wear contacts for 4 weeks and maybe if I’m really unlucky never again , right after that which sketches me out he scheduled me in for a appointment to check if I’m suitable for eye surgery (laser correction) where he stated that it might be the time because it’s forbidden to wear contacts 4 weeks before anyways . Also note that it was my first time meeting this doctor

The question I got know is did anybody before burn their eyes with hydrogen peroxide and if yes how quick did u get back to wearing contacts im pretty sure I will stick to the doctors recommendation but for my own clarity I will visit a different doctor this week
