Has anyone lost all their high-strength Pikmin for mushroom battles?

I just remembered that when choosing Pikmin for mushroom battles, I used to have a lot of very high-strength Pikmin, with strengths ranging from over 100 to 300+.

Recently, I noticed that all of those high-strength Pikmin seem to be gone. Now, most of my Pikmin only show strengths around 10+.

Has anyone else experienced the same issue? Is this a bug, a game update, or am I missing something?
