28 [M4F] #Lakeview - athlete looking for sporty fwb

Hey! I’m a 28M in Lakeview East. Looking to find someone that could be a gym partner, go out to the lake, go on walks, and all sorts of stuff. Would love to build a fwb type vibe going and if it evolves then it evolves, but just not looking for anything super committal for the time.
