[QUESTION] Can’t seem to figure out the tabs for a song

I'm trying to learn this song by ear and tabbing it out, but I have trouble with hearing the right notes especially with bending or the notes a bit higher on the fretboard past the 12th fret. Does anyone have tips and try to maybe help me tab this out?

Can’t seem to upload the link but it’s on tiktok. It’s Somewhere Only We Know by Aiden Kroll

This is what I got so far, don't know if everything is correct.

Would appreciate some help, thank u :)
