Visa Approved but undergoing Administrative Processing.

Title says it all. I feel like a sitting duck because it seems like there’s nothing I can do in my end. Just feel sad because it’s putting my employment at risk which is ironic because it is an H1B Visa.

Never received an e-mail that stated something about 221(g) or it is going through Administrative Processing.

I just found out about it when I followed it up on the website where you can inquire regarding your VISA. Once I inquired - I received an e-mail from them saying that. I’ve followed up every 2 weeks and nadah.

Also paid the reciprocity fee the very moment they asked me to and received the receipt as well.

Approved since the 26th of March. 🙂‍↕️
