birchmont apartment reviews?

Hi all! I just moved in this week to a Becovic building in Rogers Park. I don’t know why I did this to myself but I started looking at reviews (which are consistently awful….including lots of complaints of roaches). I am feeling a little anxious about it and haven’t been able to find anything on my specific building (The Birchmont - W Fargo Ave in Rogers Park). Can anyone share any of their experiences?? I really struggle with moving and really like the location, so I’m hoping I can stay for the full lease without too many issues.
