One of DevvyBoard's most underrated features is **Public Roadmaps**. If you've ever had a client, stakeholder, or curious user ask "what are you working on?" — this is the answer.

**🗺️ What is a Public Roadmap?**

Project owners can publish a read-only version of their board at a shareable URL that looks like this:

[**devvyboard.app/p/your-slug**](http://devvyboard.app/p/your-slug)

Anyone with the link can view your roadmap. No account needed. No invite code. No workspace seat required.

It's a clean, public-facing snapshot of what your team is building — without exposing your internal chat, assignees, or card comments.

**🔧 How do you set it up?**

It's configured from the **Team settings** on web:

1. Open your project and go to the **Team** tab
2. Scroll to the **Public Roadmap** panel
3. Set your slug, title, and summary
4. Hit publish

That's it. Your roadmap is live at your chosen URL and will update as your board changes.

**📤 What can you do with it?**

Once published, you get a few options as the owner:

* **Share the link** — send it to clients, stakeholders, or post it publicly
* **Embed it** — drop the roadmap as an iframe on your own website or docs with a single snippet. It refreshes automatically every 60 seconds
* **Export it** — download a frozen snapshot as a PNG image, a JSON file, or a self-contained HTML file. Useful for proposals, presentations, or keeping records

**👀 What does the public see?**

Visitors get a read-only view of your roadmap. They cannot interact with the board, cannot see private card details, and do not need to sign in. If you unpublish the roadmap or the slug doesn't exist, they get a 404 — nothing leaks.

**💡 When is this actually useful?**

* Sharing sprint progress with a client without adding them to the workspace
* Embedding a live roadmap on your product's website or landing page
* Sending stakeholders a link instead of scheduling a status call
* Keeping an open-source project's community up to date

**🚀 Where do I start?**

Public Roadmaps are available on the web workspace. Sign in or create a project at [devvyboard.app](https://www.devvyboard.app) — or try the [live demo](https://www.devvyboard.app/demo) first if you want to explore before committing.
