Should I sell half of my shares in Caba?

The results were very strong today and the stock still didnt go past $5. I bought options as well and that was a total lost. I don’t understand why the stock price just won’t rise and stay there. It’s also hard to find conversations on Reddit about Caba. Sella’s life sciences has a lot of investors but Caba seems low for how strong their results are. Why is that?
