Emails deleted from my Gmail and yahoo account

How do we recover mass deleted emails? Does that mean it’s fraud on my account? I checked the filters. I checked the pomp (however you spell it) it was set correctly. What else do I need to do? I’ve changed all passwords. Contacted Apple and we reset everything. They didn’t see anything strange though.
