Total beginner looking for advice - NSFW Romantasy

Hi - I'm a writer, not into tech very much at all, and I'm basically looking for someone to make a 10 minute ai video from a script I've written. It's NSFW, but I want it to look very good. Genre-wise, think elves in LOTR. Having sex. Am I in the right place at all? Or where should I be looking? What would someone charge me for this?
