bumps on forward helixes?

I’ve had these forward helixes for around 3 months and have had these bumps for a couple weeks and I’m not too sure what has caused them. Does anyone know what could be causing this?

They are both threadless labrets, I clean with a saline spray and the aftercare solution my piercer gave me. I was going to downsize right around when the bumps appeared so I haven’t yet, and I believe these are 10mm long.

Any help would be much appreciated!
