Veteran-Owned Drone Defense Startup Seeking $250K to Scale U.S. Manufacturing and Customer Development
Parallax Solutions is a veteran-owned defense technology startup developing drone-based training, simulation, and counter-UAS awareness systems for military, law enforcement, public safety, education, and commercial training environments. Founded by a former U.S. Air Force Explosive Ordnance Disposal technician, the company is built around firsthand understanding of emerging battlefield threats, training gaps, and the need for realistic, repeatable, and safe small UAS exposure.
Our flagship product, Parallax Arena, is a completed working prototype that combines FPV drones, protected arena infrastructure, operator control, scoring systems, lighting, and scenario-based training into a modular platform for counter-UAS education, immersive simulation, STEM engagement, and venue-based entertainment. We already have a handful of interested venues offering their space for demonstrations and pilot testing, creating a direct path toward early customer validation and revenue.
Parallax Solutions is currently seeking a $250,000 raise to begin U.S.-based manufacturing, customer development, pilot deployments, and refinement of our arena hardware and operating systems. This funding will help us move from prototype validation into paid demonstrations, early venue partnerships, and scalable production. Parallax Solutions represents a dual-use opportunity at the intersection of veteran experience, American manufacturing, drone innovation, and national security.
Parallax Solutions is also positioned to leverage the North Dakota Angel Match Program, which may allow qualifying angel investment to be matched by the state, effectively increasing the impact of early private capital and reducing risk for aligned investors.
