Repairing/servicing a portable air conditioner in the Peg?

My unit is pretty old and hasnt ever been maintained. Its been acting up a little so I thought maybe a diagnosis and then go from there. Anyone have some good, affordable recommendations?

I dont want to just go buy a new one. I want to see what the service cost is first please.
