I want to speak up , but i'm worried I'll Be putting myself on the fast track to unemployment

I've never Gone to HR before, but I'm considering doing just that.i work in a healthcare setting , and we're a company of about twenty office of employees.

To paint the picture Basically, there used to be 4 people in my department, and one has underperformed consistently for the last 6 months. And another employee was tasked with Helping her she helped her for about a day.And then the underperformer mentioned she may leave the company That co-worker, who was tasked with helping her, let's call her maven. Immediately pounced on That and aggressively absorbed her role If you even looked at the team that she absorbed too long or spoke to anyone affiliated even casualy, she became pretty hostile

Fast forward to today I come out of a meeting and she asked me a loaded question. She says , hey , was One of your team members out on day x I said Let me check no they weren't She proceeded to tell me that I need to reach out to that team member and that I that team member can't do any work until we have a soty of disciplineary hering and that you I have to call them and was practically foaming at the mouth and then ten minutes later , she follows up , like , hey , either you need to call them And tell them they can't work and must come in or I will

She's also been extremely vocal about being excited to oversee her new team and crush their spirit, and make them do whatever she wants them to do I shouldn't have to work like this, but I also fear that I'll become targeted even further. If I go to h r
