[USA-CA] [H] PayPal/Cash [W] Oled laptop at least 4050 32gb

Hey, looking for an oled gaming laptop that is at least a 4050 and has 32 gb ram.
Preferably not HP

Im also fine with the proarts even though they’re 60hz, but do know that I would prefer the laptop to be below 1000

Ah also let me know if any wear, I’m fine with some slight keyboard defects but I do want to know about battery wear.
