Getting stuff from Canada to US

I found a way to make a ton of actual money using Temu promotions but they’ve promo banned me on every account. I tried to pay people to make accounts with promos for me but that didn’t work. I’ve resorted to making Canada accounts but I have no real way to ship the items I get from Canada to my address. Any ideas?
