OG Main Library Children’s Section

You ever randomly remember a small glimmer of magic from your childhood? For some reason I was just thinking about the old Main branch of the library and how I loved the children’s section. I grew up in the 90s and seem to recall that there was a cage with guinea pigs? hamsters? bunnies?? in this section? And perhaps a throne that you could sit on? I also vaguely remember some of the Tom Tichenor puppets.

Anways, not sure what my point is here. Feel free to share any of your library memories. Or if you have any photos of the interior of the old library (especially the children’s section!!!), holler! I miss the 90s and 90s Nashville!
