I have 5 15mg er morphine. Can I take all of them?

Not gonna bang or boof. Taking orally is the only option, I know they suck but I didn’t buy em or anything a fam member gave them to me so. I took 3 and don’t feel anything, is it worth it to take the other 2 or should I just save them for the next time I have a toothache?
