I'm delayed and I'm worried so much

I'm delayed for 6 days today and supposedly May 30 start ng period ko for June based on my period tracker. I'm also sexually active and it's not protected we're just doing pull out method. I took pregnancy test na 2 times and it's all negative. I also have sore breast and mild cramps and feeling that my period is coming but whenever I check there's no period or discharge. Is it normal? huhu Does anybody here had same experience?
