Nodal Density on mammogram - anyone else?

I am 43 with dense breast tissue detected in my first annual mammogram with no follow-up. My second annual mammogram had micro calcifications - I got additional imaging and a biopsy and it was benign. My third annual mammogram had no changes.

Fast forward to my 4th annual mammogram which was this week. Got the call back that there was nodal density seen in my right breast behind the nipple measuring 8mmx9mm. I have additional compression imaging scheduled for next week, and they also scheduled an ultrasound right after just in case it’s needed.

I have health anxiety so am fluctuating between thinking it is just overlapping tissue/benign cyst to cancer. I feel like I’ve scoured the internet but could really use some positive stories about “nodal density” specifically. My appointment isn’t for 7 days but I’m on the waitlist in case something opens up earlier. Thanks in advance!
