Stuck at 15% on vr

Hi,
I used to play iRacing, and I always had an issue where the game would get stuck at 15% loading when joining a race in VR. However, it would usually work after restarting the game and trying a second time.
I stopped playing iRacing for about two months. Today, I came back and subscribed for another 6 months, but I completely forgot about this issue.
I’ve now spent over 1.5 hours trying to get the game to run in VR, but it won’t work at all. The game keeps getting stuck at 15% loading every single time.
I’ve tried the following:
SteamVR
Oculus mode
OpenXR
OpenVR
Verified the game files through Steam
Deleted the iRacing folder in Documents
Uninstalled the SoundSwitch application
Restarted my PC multiple times
Unfortunately, nothing has helped, and the game still won’t connect to my VR headset.
I contacted Steam for a refund on the 6-month subscription, but my refund request was declined.
Please, I really need help resolving this issue.
Thank you.
