PHP therapists-Perks of PHP?

Hi all! I am an LPC in NJ, have been in the field since 2012 and worked in basically all levels of care. I have been doing fee for service type work since my daughter was born in 2019. I am ready to move into a salary based position for the sake of financial stability and predictability. I am being offered a position at a PHP. I have worked in PHP before and honestly loved the teamwork, the chaos, the clients most of all. It's going to be a huge shift from 20 clients a week as an outpatient therapist. Has anyone went through this transition and how did you handle it? And what do you find are the perks of PHP? I have two young kids at home so I will also have less time with them, but I feel it's a good move for stability.
