Need help from kpop editors!!

Hi!! I’m brand new at the whole video editing thing. I’m using Final Cut Pro and I’m wondering if anyone has any helpful tutorials, plugins, overlays, filters, etc. for which to make these particular types of videos:

Any help is appreciated!!
