3090 ti or 5070 ti

Hey, I’m looking to finish a build that was started in 2022 it has a rog Maximus XIII (Z590) board with a 11th gen i9. Although these parts are someone old my current build is a i3 9th gen with a 1050 ti so it should suffice as a good enough upgrade. Besides I already have the parts. There is only one part I am missing which is the graphics card I wanted something good so I originally had the 3090 TI in mind but the prices Im seeing online are absolutely outrageous right now. With the budget I have it seems the best value NVIDIA card I can find that is still somewhat high end is the 5070 ti but I don’t know if it is compatible or will pair well with my 2021/2022 parts. I’m also building this PC as a versatile workstation for gaming, video editing, graphic design, and other demanding tasks.
