Mestia - Ushguli trek in mid June

Hello, we are planning a trek from Mestia to Ushguli from 16th until 20th of June. I've seen some posts in facebook group saying that higher parts of the trek are still under snow. Do you have experience from the last years if it melts fast? Do you think it will be possible to do the trek mid June and avoid walking on snow?

We won't have winter trekking shoes or poles, so in case it won't melt, we would have to change our plans.
