Stupid question, but are people allowed to ask for help in completing their medallion (sorry if I misspelled that)/Index in this subreddit?

Because I was thinking about asking for help to see if anyone could help me get some Yokai I'm currently unable to get in the 4th game, more specifically with ones from Sumo (both the ones after beating the boss after Enma idk the name of, and the ones from the Gutsy Bones-related stuff), anything exclusive to DLC's (except for a few I already managed to get), and all of the ones with modern-day methods so bad that it makes you wish time travel was a thing so you could get them easier (Komashura, Demona, and most importantly to me, Goldenyan)
