tips/recos for hairfall & breakage?

as the title says 🥲 i also have split ends, so i’m planning to get a haircut soon. still, would appreciate any haircare tips / shampoo or any other recos that would help with healing my hair. yung friendly sana sa permed/curly hair.

additional context: i’ve been getting my hair permed 2x a year since 2024.
