Do you dream of the same places, too?

I don't mean that you dream of the same places as me. I mean, do you frequent the same locations in your dreams? Do you have a dream grocery store, a dream park, and a dream job?

You work at my dream aquarium. I've been visiting a lot lately. You don't remember me - or maybe we don't have history? I remember you, but it doesn't feel the same.

I never have to buy a ticket, and you take your break when I come. We go to the dock together and watch the sea for a while before going to the kelp forest. Sometimes I pack us lunch, sometimes you pack it. It's always so quiet during this time.

We watch the jellies afterwards.

It makes me cry.

Sometimes you reach for my hand to comfort me. I'm always afraid to reach for yours.

When you say my name I wake up.

It's the same thing every time I visit.

I'm sick of dreaming about you.

Will you go away, please?

I want my aquarium back. I'd like to speak to the manager. Who fucking hired you?? Why'd you move here??? Why do you act like you don't remember me?!

I finally saw Obsession, you know.

Remember that one night, years ago? When you said I was too much. During that blow up.

And I got on my knees and cried. And begged you. And said I can be anything you want.

That movie... Was more than it should've been for me.

I feel so gross remembering that side of myself.

I feel so gross knowing you kept on just like Bear did.
