Anyone with IWRS experience?

I work at a CRO in Canada, specially in IT where we develop an in house IWRS system. Our system deals with patient enrollment, randomization/resupply, unblindings, and IP management. It integrates with the EDC systems that we use but one thing I noticed is it lacks in is reporting that these other EDC systems use.

Pretty much I'm looking for feedback on how we can improve our system and have a one in all tool that sites and study personnel can use that will make life easier. Wondering if anyone out there has any experience with any IWRS systems or any feedback they'd like to share.
