Driving into Mexico and back with 70h

Hey group.
Sorry if this has been asked before I couldn’t find anything using the search bar.

I am a wheelchair bound sick person and was considering going into Mexico for alternative treatments. I would fly into San Diego and the clinic has a driver that would take me over the border for my 10 day stay and back.

Anyone have any experience going into Mexico and back with seven?
