Post grad should I take a technician role or keep looking for an entry level position?

Career Advice

I graduated with a degree in aerospace engineering and am coming up on six months of job hunting. Out of the 250+ applications I've submitted, I've gotten six interviews with well-known companies and startups, but I haven't received any offers.
One common theme I've noticed is that the hiring managers I've interviewed with want candidates with more experience than I currently have. I do have experience from club projects and personal projects, but it doesn't seem to be enough.
At this point, I'm wondering whether I should take a technician role at an aerospace company to gain industry experience or keep searching for my first entry-level engineering position.
Has anyone been in a similar situation? I'd appreciate any advice or insight.
