Does GGG do anything about errors that personally impact your account.

I've been grinding the 0.5 release and loving it. I wake up in the morning from 3h of sleep, hop on and play, go to work, get home and hop on and play. My routine was no different today except when I logged in I found that my armour was gone. Unfortunately, I only discovered this after trying a map and getting completely wrecked.

I use Steam and feel pretty sure that I wasn't hacked but here's what I think happened. I've noticed a lot of weird shit going on in this release, especially if you're a controller user like myself. So much so that when I use the trade market I switch to keyboard because the search options somehow get crossed when you use the controller search. I bought a Morior Invictus to replace my current one this morning. I put my old one up for sale and I believe when the old one sold, it took away my current one. I spent like 5 divs between the armor and the socketables and now I don't even want to play anymore.

So back to my question, the reasoning is all theory backed by very little evidence, but if it can be proved that a glitch made my armour disappear, does GGG do anything to make up for it?
