[CA] Submitted guarantor letter with rental application but DID NOT sign the lease, I can back out with no repercussions right?

Title. I submitted a letter of guarantee along with my rental application but did not sign a lease yet (and likely will not). Do I have to do anything, like voiding the letter of guarantee?
