Participing masquerades

I already participated once in a masquerade and then this summer i'd like to participate to two (mtl comicon and otakuthon) but the two are only one month apart and host in the same building so I was wondering is it a bit weird or unfair or even annoying to participate to those two masquerade in the same cosplay? Do people do this? Should I just participate in one? I'm still new to cosplay so any information would be appreciated!
