L4-S1 TLIF in two weeks

21 F. My surgery is coming up soon and I’m very nervous. Any advice? Any tips for recovery? I believe my surgeon uses glue instead of stitches or staples so if anyone has any experience with that, I’d love to hear it. I’d also love to see the scars from any similar level fusions! Thanks!
