get a second queer kit?

So is there anyway the queer kits (out of florida) give out a second one go the same person?

I'm broke af (17) and i ordered it last restock but idk i think their sizing runs big, so both my hinder and shorts were way too big but i can't afford to buy any and my parents won't.

Are they known at all for giving out a second one in the same year?

If not does anyone know anyways i can get this stuff free? I tried one of the free binder programs like 5 months ago but they are so backed up, it won't be sent for a while but i feel like I'm dying going to my classes because everyone can tell I'm a girl even though I'm not but i have big boobs.
