Reused needle?

Is it irrational to think that the phlebotomist at labcorp would re-use a needle on me? I didn’t pay super close attention as to whether a new needle was used.

I ended up with a hematoma after the draw so I started to worry maybe the needle was re used but I was shaking during the blood draw because I was so scared.
