XC90 to XC90 Hybrid

Curious on what everyone's feedback would be on the topic of upgrading from a 2020 XC90 T6 with 68000 miles to a 2022 (6700 miles) or 2023 (44000 miles) hybrid. I live in California and premium gas is close to $7 so the hybrid is definitely attractive, along with a slightly nicer car that also is newer and has Captain's chairs versus bench. Are people experiencing issues with the hybrids as they age?

Out of pocket costs between the cars post trade in would be $10-20k depending on the selected vehicle. Is it worth it?
