years of harassment, an assault on my father, and ongoing civil proceedings UK

Hi everyone,

For several years, my family has endured ongoing harassment from a neighbour. The situation escalated when he violently assaulted my father. After a lengthy legal process, he was convicted of ABH and received a 12-month suspended sentence.

While the criminal case has concluded, we are still involved in civil proceedings. We obtained an injunction for our protection, but it was subsequently breached when he sent a defamatory email to our landlady and arranged for his brother to come to our home.

The legal costs of pursuing justice and protecting our family have been overwhelming. I have spent countless hours gathering evidence, preparing documents, communicating with solicitors, and managing the case alongside supporting my family through an extremely difficult period.

We are now raising funds to help cover legal fees and the cost of instructing a barrister for the ongoing civil proceedings. Having proper legal representation would make a significant difference to our ability to continue the case.
