Are there any exercises to have less ass?
I've been knowing I'm trans since I was 12 and I've always been extremely insecure about my butt because it refrained me from dressing and presenting how I wanted.
I'm not overweight by any means but I naturally lean towards storing more fat there and I mean it when I say I'm not overly disphoric and experiencing dysmorphia or anything, it actually is very noticeable and it makes me unable to pass.
I've always wanted to dress up in a casual skater fashion but I always end up looking like some random girl or like a weird creature, and now that I'm older some people genuinely don't notice I'm trans at first and it's so depressing.
I'm not sure if I want testosterone because the men in my family all naturally lean towards being really muscular and I wouldn't feel comfortable that way, but my body as it is is limiting me too so I feel so stuck and like I'll genuinely never look like I want to.
Sometimes I just end up placing female standards on myself to simply look good to society standards because when I try to pass as a male I end up looking awkward and ugly, and, of course, people treat me way worse that way.
I was wondering if there are any exercises that could help with this, since simply dieting isn't going to help at all and it would probably be the last thing I'd drop. :/
