When can I see/access long service/ extended leave?

Hi there!
I started working for the NSW department at the end of 2019 and have bounced around on temp contracts since then. I want to take two weeks off for a friend's wedding early next year and would ideally use LSL, but I am unsure when I will be able to access it.

It's not currently on my SAP Portal (which makes sense, because it hasn't been 7 years yet), but also doesn't pop up when I use the tool to 'view entitlement at future date'.

Could anyone shed light on when this pops up and whether I will be able to use it with a tight turn around? Obvs with principal discretion and approval.
