CPMAI vs PMP preparation time

Is the CPMAI easier than the PMP in terms of preparation, including studying and practice questions? I just passed my PMP exam with 3 Above Target (3AT) scores last week and am looking to supplement it with the CPMAI credential. What is the average preparation timeframe if I commit to studying 3 to 4 hours per day?
