DAE have problems with the drawer slipping out of place?

I replaced my LR3 with and EVO and this is a new problem. In the past I never had this issue, but I also had the stairs for that one so maybe that’s the reason?

My cat likes to stand on the step and inspect the litter box before going in. I think that her weight is putting too much pressure on the drawer and causing it to slip out of place. When that happens the machine stops cycling and if nobody is home to fix it right away the pee and poop piles up. She is only about 14 pounds, so still under the machine’s weight limit.

I have contacted support about this already and first they sent a new drawer, then a whole new EVO unit. It’s only been a week with the new unit but I can see it starting to happen again.

Is this a problem unique to us? Is it a common problem with the EVO? If I try to upgrade to the LR4 instead will we have the same problem?
