Why did the elevator stop on Yuna's floor?

Simple question. If the elevator was headed up, and she was headed down, why did it stop on her floor?

Did Ilya push the wrong button by mistake? Did Yuna (if I did that, I wouldn't stand by the door waiting to get in, but maybe she didn't realize it)? Was it a malfunction? The gods intervening to give her something to think back on when questioning whether this thing with Ilya was real?
