High Rise Party Capacity

Hi!

I’m throwing a birthday party in my high rise apartment this weekend. The unit is a 2 bed, 2 bath. We currently have 40 people RSVP’d for the party. We feel confident that we can fit this many people in the apartment at once, but are more concerned about whether or not we could get into trouble with so many guests - either with management, or worse, cause structural damage to the building. We live on the 19th floor of a 2002 building in Chicago. Please help!
