How do I program a dropdown question with two columns, except each column has completely different dropdown options? [Decipher]

Can anyone help me with this? I need to program a dropdown question with two columns, except each column has different dropdown options. I'm fairly new to Decipher, and I can't figure out how to do it either in survey editor or the XML editor.

I'm aware I can just do two dropdown questions one after the other. My supervisor specifically wants it to be the same question, or at least be side-by-side on the same page. (There's no one I can ask at work.)
