Have you lost a bird? (Hazel Dell)

So this is a long shot, but has anyone by chance lost a love bird? About half an hour ago, this little guy perched on top of my greenhouse and sang for a while. Once he had my wife's attention, he flew down onto her shoulder, and he doesn't seem to want to leave her.
