did anyone else have this professor and fail

I had a class with Professor Elizabeth Huergo; she failed everyone in the class, and the school has been giving me the runaround about a grade appeal. They told me to list all assignments I wanted them to look at. I listed all the assignments she graded incorrectly (she would put in feed back that I didn’t do things I actually did do, and she refused to grade based off the rubric plus she waited till the end of the semester to grade all the drafts so me and my peers didn’t know what to improve on also because she refused to help us in class and instead would insult us which I have definitive proof of that they ignore) they looked at ONE assignment I did not list and said because of that assignment they couldn’t appeal my grade. It seems to me that she listed all the assignments she purposely made us miss so she could seem innocent because why is that the only assignment they see?? Has anyone else dealt with this professor? if so did you ever get an appeal and how?
