Question about swapping to WW from Brobarian

Is one considerably stronger than the other? Also, which one is tankier without using Selig? I want to swap from Brobarian because the build is feeling too button mashy, but if Whirlwind is noticeably weaker, I won’t even bother and I’ll just stick with enjoying my other builds.
